The Fermata Club, in the heart of Aiken, has a saltwater pool with 8 lap lanes, 6 courts for tennis and pickleball, and a historic gymnasium for event rentals.

The fermata, a musical term meaning to pause and hold a note longer than usual, serves as an apt analogy for the club itself. The Fermata Club is the perfect getaway to take a pause and enjoy time with family and friends. With its unique setting, the club provides the perfect atmosphere for members and guests to come together and enjoy recreation, competition, relaxation, and much more.

Fermata Club offers swim lessons, clinics, summer camps, and a competitive swim team. The main pool is an 8 lane, 25 yard pool with a diving area and lap swimming lanes. In addition, a 1 1/2 ft. wading pool provides a separate space for the younger swimmers. Tennis lessons, clinics, and summer camps are also available. Fermata Club is the home of CSRA and USTA tennis leagues. The historic gymnasium, built in 1929 as part of the Fermata School for Girls, is the site of social and holiday gatherings. The club as a whole strives to provide its members and guests with a fun, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels right at home.
