The Fermata Club building may be rented for events throughout the year with a maximum capacity of 180 persons. Features include a 30ft x 50ft multipurpose ballroom with a stage, 15 (10ft) banquet tables and over 150 folding chairs. Adjacent smaller rooms, kitchen and parking area are included in the rental.
Prices: $400.00 non-member 1/2 day (6 hours) and $600 full day (9 am- midnight) , $200.00 for non-profit for 1/2 day (6 hours), $300 for full day (9 am – midnight), $200.00 for a member-sponsored for 1/2 day (6 hours) and $300 for full day (9 am – midnight). Private, member rentals are $100.00.
All rentals require the $150.00 cleaning/damage deposit to be returned if the building is left in good order. The deposit is mailed to the renter after a post-event check.
No smoking is allowed in the building and parking is limited to the Club grounds. For further information, to make a reservation or obtain a copy of our contract, Please contact the Club Manager at 803.648.5673.
